We have been cooking, designing and building gastronomic concepts for 15 years.

We are PERFECT

Perfect Canteen taught us to live with innovation, cook with love and discover new ways back in 2009. Since then, we have built 30 canteens and every day means 6,000 portions of honest food for us.

Trough the years

2004

Filip Sajler and Miroslav Kotaška are starting to fulfill their vision of Fine dining catering.

2006

The enthusiastic pair of chefs were supported by investors Martin Navrátil and David Rozvald. The newly founded company Perfect Catering s.r.o. was given the opportunity to provide fine dining catering for the Fashion shoots of Liběna Rochová and Vivienne Westwood.

2009

Perfect Canteen s.r.o. was founded after a satisfied catering client requested a daily catering service for its employees.

2012

First big contract - Perfect Canteen for Czech Air Traffic Control.

2015

Perfect Canteen started providing its services for clients such as Avast, Penta, VIG, or MONETA Money Bank.

2018

The first "company restaurant" in a business area outside of Prague - Avast Brno.

2019

Opening of the 20th business. Commencement of Automat Churchill, the first business in automated mode.

2020

Perfect Canteen became part of HOPI Holding a. s.

2020

Launch of the Eat Perfect/Cibule e-shop.

2021

Opening of new restaurant concepts for KKCG, CPT, and Zebra Technologies. Launch of the B2B section of the e-shop. Testing the Perfect Canteen 24/7 solution.

Filip Sajler

It is the heart of Perfect Catering and Perfect Canteen. He has cooked in top restaurants and catering companies in the USA, Germany, Singapore and the Czech Republic. He completed internships and worked with renowned and Michelin-awarded chefs such as Yannick Alléno, Armand Arnand and Norbert Niederkopfler. He was a member of the National Cooking Team. He is the holder of a number of awards from the cooking competitions FHA Culinary cup Singapore, IGEHO Stuttgart, ScotHot Glasgow, World CulinaryChampionship Basil, including a trophy from the Culinary Olympiad in Erfurt.
