Processing Policy / Data protection
If you are our customer, newsletter subscriber or website visitor, you entrust us with your personal information data. We are responsible for their protection and security. Please familiarize yourself with the protection of personal data, the principles and the rights you have in relation to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the European Council of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") and further pursuant to Act No. 110/2019 Coll. as amended, on processing personal data.
Who is the administrator?
The administrator is the company PERFECT CANTEEN s.r.o., with registered office at Jemnická 1138/1, 110 00 Praha 4 - Michle, CIN:090 50 329, registered in the Commercial Register kept at the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 335233 (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator"). We process your personal data as an administrator, i.e. we determine how personal data will be processed as well as for what purpose and for how long. We select any other third party processors who will assist us with the processing.

Statement of the administrator
We declare that, as the administrator of your personal data, we meet all the legal obligations required by applicable legislation, in particular the Data Processing Act and the GDPR, meaning that: We will only process your personal data on the basis of a valid legal ground, in particular legitimate interest, fulfilment of a contract, legal obligation or consent, we comply with Article 13 of the GDPR information obligation before we start processing personal data, thus we will allow you to and will support you in asserting and fulfilling your rights under the Data Protection Act and the GDPR.
Scope of personal data and purposes of processing
We process the personal data listed below for the following reasons (to fulfil these purposes):
1. sending the weekly menu
- we process your personal data in the categories of identification and contact data
- we process your name, surname, gender (from surname), e-mail address
- the purpose of the processing is to send you the administrator's offer, namely the
weekly menu of your choice from the chosen establishment of an administrator - the processing is carried out on the basis of the subject's data consent (Article
6(1)(a) GDPR); consent already given can be revoked at any time by clicking on - the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email containing the offer or by sending
a message to marketing@perfectcanteen.cz. - processing is carried out until the consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 5 years
from the date of granting consent
2. sending commercial messages
- we process your personal data in the categories of identification and contact data
- we process your name, surname, gender (from surname), e-mail address
- the purpose of the processing is to send commercial messages of the
administrator with offers of the administrator's services - the processing is carried out:
- a) on the basis of the subject's data consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR); consent
already given can be revoked at any time by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link at
the bottom of the email with the offer received or by sending an email to
marketing@perfectcanteen.cz, the processing is carried out until the moment of
withdrawal of consent, but no longer than five years from the date of consent - b) if you are our customer, on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)
GDPR), as we reasonably expect you to be interested in our news, for a period of
3 years from the last order
3. advanced marketing
- we process your personal data in the categories of identification, contact and
electronic data - we process your name, surname, gender (from surname), e-mail address and
further data from cookies (see below); this personal data may be assigned to the
name of the company which you work for or which you represent if it is primarily to
be used to contact that company. - the purpose of the processing is to send inspiring offers to third parties or to use
the email address e.g. for remarketing and targeting of advertisements on
Facebook, Instagram and other social networks; and Google services
the processing is carried out on the basis of the subject's data consent (Article
6(1)(a) GDPR); consent already given can be revoked at any time by clicking on
the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email containing the offer or by sending
a message to marketing@perfectcanteen.cz. - processing is carried out until the consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 5 years
from the date of granting consent
Cookies
When you browse our website, we record your IP address, how long you stay on the page and which page you are coming from. We perceive the use of necessary cookies as our legitimate interest as an administrator. The use of other cookies, i.e. for measuring website traffic, customizing the display of websites, is based on your consent. We believe that thanks to
them we can offer even better services. Advertisement targeting cookies are only processed based on your consent. Our website can also be browsed in a mode that does not allow the collection of personal data. You can disable the use cookies on your computer. It is related to the above that we process your electronic data, i.e. data created by visiting our website at www.perfectcanteen.cz, e.g. IP/Mac address of the device, cookies, device location data.
Safety and Privacy Policy
We protect personal data to the maximum extent possible using modern technologies that correspond to the degree of technical development. We protect them as if they were our own. We have adopted and learned to maintain all possible (currently known) technical and organizational measures that prevent misuse, damage or destruction of your personal data.
Transfer of personal data to third parties
Our employees, associates, tax and legal advisors have access to your personal data. To ensure specific processing operations that we cannot provide by ourselves, we use the services and applications of processors who can protect data as efficiently as we do and who are specialists in processing. We declare that when using them, we take care to fulfill all the conditions set forth in Article 28 et seq GDPR.
Transfer of data outside the European Union
We process data exclusively in the European Union or in countries that ensure an adequate level of protection based on the decision of the European Commission.
